Our goal is to make the custom apparel ordering process as enjoyable as possible. Below we break down the key details that we need from you, the timeframe and the key controllables that make this process efficient.
KEY CONTROLLABLES
For the most part these are the details you can control that affect turnaround time. The quicker you knock out the following, the quicker we complete the order.
1. DIGITIZED LOGO
Email Digitized Logo to apc@stickstarlacrosse.com as quickly as possible to begin artwork.
Vector format please.
2. SIZES + NUMBERS
Collect player product sizes and email SALES ORDER to apc@stickstarlacrosse.com.

3. FINALIZE ARTWORK
Approve Final Artwork with StickStar Team Sales Associate and Sign OFF On Final Artwork ASAP.
4. PAYMENT
We require a $100 Design Retainer for all Design Work that will be discounted from the final total when ordered.
Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking confirmation.
Please submit your 50% Deposit when you approve the final artwork and order.
Remaining half due upon delivery.

ORDERING CALENDAR
There are three times of year that you really order gear. For the Season, for the Fall, and for the Summer. Below we'll start to breakdown initial dates for your time line. Remember, it's always better to be early than on time so try to go even earlier than these dates!
FOR THE SEASON - We are taking into account that most games start Mid February, if they start earlier adjust accordingly.
FEBRUARY 1 - NEED IN HAND!
DECEMBER 1 - Sizes/Numbers should be finalized on the Program Side. Art should be submitted and finalized w/ StickStar.
NOVEMBER 1 - Programs should start collecting sizes & numbers. Programs should start providing details on apparel that they want, along with initial design ideas. Teams should submit vector logos & colors.
FOR THE FALL- We are taking into account that most practices & tournaments pick up in October. Less major holidays help timing!
OCTOBER 1 - NEED IN HAND!
AUGUST 15 - Sizes/Numbers should be finalized on the Program Side. Art should be submitted and finalized w/ StickStar.
AUGUST 1 - Programs should start collecting sizes & numbers. Programs should start providing details on apparel that they want, along with initial design ideas. Teams should submit vector logos & colors.
FOR THE SUMMER- We are taking into account that tournaments pick up in late May. Don't forget to start early as the Season usually takes the focus.
MAY 15 - NEED IN HAND!
APRIL 1 - Sizes/Numbers should be finalized on the Program Side. Art should be submitted and finalized w/ StickStar.
MARCH 1 - Programs should start collecting sizes & numbers. Programs should start providing details on apparel that they want, along with initial design ideas. Teams should submit vector logos & colors.
